A senior developer, not a generic agency
I'm Alexander Pomareda, a Full Stack Developer based in Lima, Peru. For over 9 years I've led software projects end to end — from architecture to production deployment — for companies in Peru and abroad.
When you work with me, you're not talking to a salesperson who later hands you off to a junior. You're talking directly to the person who will design the solution and write the code. That means faster technical decisions, fewer communication layers, and a final product that reflects the judgment of someone who has already solved this kind of problem before.
I work with the same level of rigor as a senior in-house team, with the flexibility and cost of a specialized freelancer.

AI-assisted development, with an architect's judgment
I use AI tools as a core part of my process — like Claude Code, Opencode, and agents configured with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and project-specific skills. This isn't "write a prompt and copy the result." It's a professional workflow where I define the architecture, coding standards, and quality criteria, and the agents execute under that direction — the same way I'd direct a team of developers.
What does this mean for your project?
- More speed without losing control. Agents accelerate repetitive and exploratory tasks; I review, adjust, and approve every piece that makes it into the final codebase.
- Consistency from day one. I configure project-specific rules and context (skills, MCP) so the code follows the patterns and standards we agree on — not whatever "sounds right" in the moment.
- Real documentation and traceability. A structured agent workflow leaves a clear trail of technical decisions, something that often gets lost in rushed projects.
- More efficient cost for you. I can deliver more in less time without sacrificing the human review a serious product needs.
In short: AI is a tool that multiplies my technical judgment, not a replacement for it. The end result still goes through the same quality standard I'd apply without it.
